Friday, 19 February 2010
6:30 pm	Own arrangements or you are welcome to have a meal  and a drink at Gulf Harbour Yacht Club
Saturday, 20 February 2010
7:00 am	Set up of marquees, race pits, bus etc.  Please co-ordinate with the site map to get the best positions in your allocated area.
8:00 am	Scurtineering of powerboats at the Reserve
9:45 am	Scrutineering of powerboats CLOSES
9:45 am	Race entries CLOSE
10:00 am	Combined briefing at NZOPA bus, beachside carpark on Reserve (all competitors, coastguard, patrol and marker boats).  If raining, this will be completed under canopies at the Gulf Harbour Yacht Club.
10:15 am	Children's entertainment begins on the reserve (remember to bring your gold coins).
12:00 pm	Get READY TO THUNDER Offshore Race Start
2:30 pm	Podium prize giving at Hammerhead Reserve.
5:00 pm	Clear the reserve.
6:30 pm	Prize giving to be held at the Gulf Harbour Yacht Club (please refer to the race pack for menus). A DJ will be playing late into the evening.  All welcome!
