| 7:00 am | Set up of marquees, race pits, bus etc. Please refer to the race pack in regards to organising tent space with Craig Parsons |
| 8:00 am | Scurtineering of powerboats at the Napier Sailing Club |
| 9:30 am | Scrutineering of powerboats CLOSES |
| 9:45 am | Race entries CLOSE |
| 10:00 am | Drivers and control / patrol boat briefing at the Napier Sailing Club |
| 12:00 pm | THUNDER ON THE BAY Offshore Race Start |
| 3:00 pm | Podium prize giving |
| 5:00 pm | Clear the reserve |
| 7:00 pm | Prize giving at the Napier Sailing Club - meals and entertainment - everyone welcome! |
